CCIW2019 Registration

Registration Notice

Please check the following instructions for your CCIW 2019 registration and payment (also click here). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Author registration :
Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered before December 28, 2018, camera-ready paper deadline.

Registrations for Member / Non-Member / Student (Speaker) include :
all technical sessions, pre-events, reception, coffee breaks and one copy of the proceedings.

Registration for Student (Non-Speaker) includes :
all technical sessions, pre-events, coffee breaks and one copy of the proceedings (Not includes reception).
Note that we will request your student ID at the registration desk.

Early-bird registration (online registration) deadline :
The early-bird registration (online registration) deadline is March 10, 2019. After the early-bird registration deadline, we will receive your registration by on-site registration only.

On-site registration :
Add 5,000 JPY to the registration fees for Member / Non-Member, and pay in JPY cash only. (The on-site registration fees for Student are the same as the online registration fees.)

Registration Fees

Member (IAPR / CSAJ / SigFVI) :30,000 JPY
Non-Member :35,000 JPY
Student (Speaker) :30,000 JPY
Student (Non-Speaker) :15,000 JPY

About IAPR member :
Please check whether you are an IAPR member at the IAPR website.

Registrations for Student :
We will request your student ID at the registration desk.

Registration fees after the early-bird deadline (10 March, 2019):
After the early-bird registration deadline (the online registration deadline), we will receive your registration by on-site registration only : add 5,000 JPY to the registration fees for Member / Non-Member, and pay in JPY cash only. (The on-site registration fees for Student are the same as the online registration fees.)

Cancellation Policy :
Before March 10, 2019 :50% refund of the registration fee
After March 11, 2019 :No refund
